Welcoming its guests for the first time this winter, the Clary Chalet offers 400 m2 living space spreading over three floors with elevator access. It has 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 uniquely designed bathrooms, and can host up to 10 guests.
The open-concept living area creates the ultimate space for entertaining, relaxing and dining, especially after an action packed day in the mountains. Watch romantic sunsets on the terrace, or relax with a glass of wine by the fireplace, while you embrace the breathtaking view of the mountains through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
In the meanwhile, the children can enjoy their own adventures in the playroom. It provides a large selection of toys, games and books as well as a 65 inch smart TV and a Sony PlayStation 5.
The Clary Chalet can only be rented as a whole property and is a dream home away from home for winter and summer sports enthusiasts.

Local Tax
There is a local tax of 2.45 EURO per night per person. Guests up to the age of 15 are exempt. Registration number according to the Salzburg Overnight Accommodation Tax Act: 50422-023861-2023
Cancellation Policy
Up to 2 months before arrival - you may cancel free of charge.
Up 1 month before arrival - 40 % will be charged.
Up to 1 week before arrival – 70 % will be charged.
Within one week of arrival – 90 % will be charged.
The cancellation charge is calculated based on the total price of the reservation. We recommend taking out travel cancellation
insurance.

Check-out: by 10 a.m.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full daily rental price will be charged.
